Hearts Tounament

I enjoyed many hours of playing and competing moving up the ranks. When the last upgrade happened, my score and ranking was wiped back to zero. Contacted your support and basically got a one liner that it would be looked at with the next upgrade. Little comfort that it appears to have happened to others. I am sure they are at the same frustration level. You just lost a fan and I would no recommend this game to others.
